Management is somehow good but principal of the school Dr. Paramjit Kaur is so selfish only wanted her personal assistant everywhere... Don't give appointment letter, relieving letter or experience letter.....Don't pass salary after resignation, deduct salary of employees is normal working culture of here. The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized.
