Less pressure. You will have time for personal and professional growth. I have learned a lot because my head is amazing. It's a good launchpad to learn, update & move on.

Dislikes

Less salary & it will not increase according to the experience. Sometimes we need to do unnecessary tasks which aren't fruitful. Student quality is not good, hence you will not make any difference.

Teammates are very nice. Learning and work environment is good but salary is low and no job security for contractual employees.

Faculty quarters are good but the management peoples are bad.

Dislikes

There is no growth in this college. Please don't take admission in this college. Fully wastage of time and money. No job security, No innovation, No research, All computer labs are outdated. Old course curriculum. No accreditation like NBA, NAAC, etc.

Unfortunately, I have worked as Assistant Professor but I request to all never join this college because the chairman of this college is fully business-minded and never respects the faculty members.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

The working staff is very cooperative. The clubs in college train Students to become professional in different skill set. I am saying this because TUNIC CLUB helped me a lot to become a better graphic designer.

There is nothing to say about dislikes because I am very comfortable with the team.
