The system and procedure made by senior employees and directors is exemplary. The organisation is excellent to learn the system of company for a bright carrier. I think each of engineer should join the company once to learn the system for his own betterment and knowledge.

Dislikes

Attitude of senior officers in HO is only partially positive due to which, Site managers growth suffer.

It was my good luck to join the organisation, I have learnt a lot from Mr A. Das ( MD) because, I did as he advised. It is the gift of Servotech, that I am General manager in an organisation. Overall it was exciting for me.

Balance development and learning opportunity. Company is very good and working in very specific area. I really enjoyed working with them, I learnt those thing which i have not learnt through book or listening the stories of others around us.

Company should market their skill and to do approach in the field in which they are doing their business, due to lake of policy and vision many talented staff of the company has left the organisation and grow multi fold after joining other organisation. This company is a institution at it's own but they dont know how to retain the talent.

The job is bit challenging at the beginning of the career with the company because I have worked with the technology around it but this company does not use technology that much so work has to bee carried manually

Level of experience and development opportunities, I got for the company is really appreciated. Looking forward to still more challenging task which might normal CA hesitate to work or say it's not his or her domains.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

No support. Don’t have any plan for work this situation. No social distancing is maintained. No Govt norms are followed.

Dislikes

Don’t at all care for employees. Receiptionist is made hr. Don’t have any employees policies. Zero work- life balance. Salary never paid on time. Delayed upto one month. Never had any celebration or activity for employees. Management approach is disgusting towards staff.
