The work culture of the company is good, despite the people being from various cultural backgrounds, everyone works collaboratively. I like the town hall event of this organisation where the CEO of the company interacts and talks with all the employees.

Dislikes

Compensation can be made better and the growth is a little slow. I struggled to keep the work life balance working here as the the # processes involved are huge and irrelevant sometimes. Although the working hours are 9 and half but an employee is expected to work more than that, and failing in that results in the fall in performance....Read More
