Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Something. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day and I have to attend client calls in the evening and something late unto the hight manager do not value an individual unique strengths. Wich is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive application emails form my client

The work environment is very good to start a freshers even experience also, there team leads are good for work they cooperative with agents, and relationships with agents as friendly. And training is awesome they are helping even working employees.
