In this company very bad management and poltics are done and due political Union leaders pressure politics company are taken decision...and do not recognise employees efficient nature and ability... very bad experience...

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
