As a Indian Franchise Owner Arvind Group Company Company Management, Work Culture and Company Polices are good. Coming to Sephora Not able to see as per the global experience as employee expectation.

As a Sephora India, post covid management changes not happy since as a employee dont have the visibility the role managed by me and what the direction towards work from the reporting manager and management. Dislikes

Awesome job with good environment. Incentives plans are great with lots of training skills. Good salary package. What I dislike about sephora is there's a lot of politics going on among the managers and higher authority.
