Dislikes

No Major dislikes as such. One challenge is that I have to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time, so have to work hard every day.

There are numerous aspects about the company that are negative, but their lack of regard for your time and effort is the main one. They won't pay you because they won't think your contribution is not good enough to warrant paying you. The company has no intention of paying its employees' salary. There is no work flexibility offered by the organisation "My time spent working for Sensegiz Technologies was awful. The management not only failed to pay my wage for several months, but they also didn't seem to care that I was having financial difficulties. There was a pervasive lack of respect for employees and a hostile work environment. This was my 2nd job in my career, and learnt a lot in this stint, in terms of managing customers, cracking sales and working with a large team. We built some great products for large customers in short period of time and won several National awards too. The team is top notch too.

Dislikes

Initially it used to take long time to get sales, over time I found ways to improve the team strategy and speed up the sales cycle. shifting to the new office also solved several older difficulties.
