I enjoyed my time at SENSEGIZ, and one area where I think there is room for improvement is in the frequency and quality of communication between teams. The management team has done an excellent job of being transparent and open with the team, and I believe that implementing more regular check-ins or team-building activities could help to foster stronger relationships....Read More

I have worked here for few years after having many years of work experience. I always had full freedom in my role for taking decisions and execution. We worked on so many high value large projects for both domestic and export customers. I was handling all aspects related to billing and exports.

Dislikes

No issues with company- however documentation for exports and compliance needs lot of time for preparation. High responsibility job with multiple tasks to be done everyday which can be a good learning experience.
