There are numerous aspects about the company that are negative, but their lack of regard for your time and effort is the main one. They won't pay you because they won't think your contribution is not good enough to warrant paying you. The company has no intention of paying its employees' salary</mark>. There is no work flexibility offered by the organisation "My time spent working for Sensegiz Technologies was awful. The management not only failed to pay my wage for several months, but they also didn't seem to care that I was having financial difficulties.
