If we compare to other brand Work our is good due to I continue my preparation

our mobile are submitted in work hour approx 9 to 10 hour other brand like Tanishq or Kalyan they was not submitted there employee phones I live far away to my home, in office time what happened in our home or family we didn't get know store phones are also in very limited amount due to this mostly of time our important call was missed.

There are to many opportunities for better future..and 2nd is leave policy specially monthly off. And shifting facility is also good .

Insentive stracture are very poor....it should be process in next month... And 2nd is there are no Over time facility...as per our working schedule we are working around 9.30 hours to 10 hours specially who work in 2nd shift..so I think overtime should be start..

Well bangali brand favour only bangoli employees. They target 1 employee so badly and forced them to leave the job. Higher management they save their jobs while they want to harras the managers or employees. Even few them are flirt with their employees.

Reputed Brand Senco Gold & Diamond is a well established name in the jewellery industry. Which can give employees a sense of pride and credibility in their careers.

I feel that the current work culture is somewhat different . For instance, many people avoid doing tasks themselves and pass them on to others. they focus on shifting responsibility and finding ways to trap others instead of taking accountabolity. this is my personal opinion.

Promotion and appraisal ,after getting good score in appraisal why 4% hike in salary, here no place for employees where they can share their problems,,, only manager is given priority no sale person value...here some people getting company's juce and other paying their labour

It is a reliable company, company's manager, HR, all seniors and especially honorable MD sir are very helpful. They have always extended a helping hand when needed. They never let me feel that I'm in a private workplace, I always felt like that it's just my another home. If I am not involve in any business in the future, I would like to stay with this company as long as I am able to work.

I have already passed two assessments with this company, and I am very interested to know how I can reach the next level (E3/More) and how fast I can reach it as my work knowledge increases, but unfortunately my senior colleagues could not inform me properly, Although I couldn't directly tell my manager about it, mainly because of his busy work schedule and a bit of self-consciousness.
