As a counter sales executive I feel that all the member of senco gold private limited are good and their behaviour as well as the environment of the company is also very good.

Dislikes

As a counter sales executive, I feel that there are some things that need to be improved based on customer reviews. And there are no seating facilities for sales executives here. So it's difficult to stand all day long.

I like about working at Senco Gold is Job security is there in Senco Gold Limited. Salary gets credited on time.

I dislike about working at Senco Gold is Incentive policy and timings. Most of the time we people don't get which month insensitive we are getting. It takes long time to get credited. For some time we are going to forget about incentive. I would like to inform that I was selected for Dubai but unfortunately I didn't have passport. So could not go there. However when I got passport but I didn't get any chance for same. Actually I wanted to be shining internationally with our respected organisation and growing up worldwide with it. Even our respected CHRO Ms. Subhashree Sengupta told Mr. Subhajit Ghosal that " do not ask any question about this guy, just send him." after having interview. A company is never bad, if it is, then it is only because of some people who move ahead on their own, but nobody gets growth, but first of all it is one's own moral thinking, not whether they have ever thought good about others or have ever given them a chance to move ahead..to be honest if I have done something wrong..🙏 sorry 😔

Everything is good in the company and is being done well but there is just one flaw which no one pays any attention to and that is some old people here who will never be able to change themselves and never And I never want to be like that
