In each and every team meeting ZM tell me to resign from my job due to which he insult me in every meeting so that he could give this post to his loved one. since i am non ordiya and have difficulty in understanding odiya he never uses hindi in teem meeting. 3. Non supportive attitude of ZM and doing politics in the work which i really didn't liked it. 4. In my store morning meeting he de-motivate the whole team which adversely affect the manpower productivity. due to which i have to motivate them again to work efficiently and give their 100 percent productivity....Read More
