Now a days Zonal Manager doing partiality and politics. For that reason customer was feeling awkward. And all are very good customer of senco gold. This is wrong for any work place. Mainly religion does not matter to justify he/ she capable or not.

Well bangali brand favour only bangoli employees. They target 1 employee so badly and forced them to leave the job. Higher management they save their jobs while they want to harras the managers or employees. Even few them are flirt with their employees.

I feel that the current work culture is somewhat different . For instance, many people avoid doing tasks themselves and pass them on to others. they focus on shifting responsibility and finding ways to trap others instead of taking accountabolity. this is my personal opinion.

It is a reliable company, company's manager, HR, all seniors and especially honorable MD sir are very helpful. They have always extended a helping hand when needed. They never let me feel that I'm in a private workplace, I always felt like that it's just my another home.
