In Sempertrans India pvt Ltd, 1- No matter how much work you do here, you won't even get an appreciation. 2- Girls are taken just by name but there is no respect for them. The Sempertrans working culture is good and as the MNC company there is nothing any work load pressure, Yes I was on IT background and my manager is Based on UK based, therefore I felt good culture of work
