The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting and client calls/emails anytime even sometimes late into the night. Hypocritical Management. Admin looting US company. Not good environment for woman. Management are Delhi people, i mean everybody know what Delhi is known for. Workplace is never clean. Task comes at end of day. Policies are frequently changed to favor boss like If they fire you, it will 1 mon th compensation however, if you resign it will 3 months</mark>. Bosses enjoy everything on company's money, but during appraisal they say it is nothing. People are being fired every month . Also there are no facilities no even parking. I don't know if they even have fund for facilities if they have, it is being taken by admin team for their own use. CONCLUSION : DON'T EVEN APPEAR FOR INTERVIEW, JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK...Read More
