Other way, my co-workers come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily together by sharing experiences & skills. Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting and client calls/emails anytime even sometimes late into the night. Compensation is decent. There is no such job training for fresh graduates/ interns hence, senior co workers helped a lot to sort out it whatever possible.

Basically, my job is on Marketing Automation. It's quite challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield
