I got a call from HR Bindu that your profile hass been shortlisted come for interview,I went then I interviewd by CEO interview process was easy then he told that as you have more experience you are hired directly but you need to work more hard as we are going launch our app very soon then in onboarded me on the same day.Next day was my joining date I didn't join because they were offered me very less salary also very long distance so I received a call from CEO priti kindly do join us we want you I said sir I can't work monday to saturday with this salary ,then he said don't worry you take saturday WFH and you will get increment after 3months then I said ok then I joined on next day . day-1 everything was fine I worked then another junior QA joined me she was also doing her job but after 7days they told her not to come office suddenly they fired her without reason and also didn't gave salary but I was continuing smoothly. suddenly one day they called me and asked me you are not performing well your automation report is wrong then I said whoever told this just bring infront of me I will teach from her/him then I said sir for automation testing time required ,actually they were expecting me to finish automation testing of entire website in a single day.Then I approach them for time they gave me time I did my best. Here issue is that they don't know the SDLC(software developement Life Cycle)process.They needs only work done in short time whatever the situation may be. And my project manager is very improfessional he was a non technical guy he doesn't know even what it IT and developement process ,He was keep asking me why issue is coming repeteadly. They don't have patience and not giving time to work done only giving pressure to work 12hrs in a day. No worklife balance nothing only fake commitment.Coming to CEO he is good person but he only lestens to manager and old employee.He should take his own decesion. Last day on 6th November my manger called me and asked me to strech my working hours from moring 10 to night 10 and it is quite impossible me to work cause I had to travell for 2 hrs to my home I requested to him and CEO also kindly allow me to leave home early or hybrid but they didn't reply me.This is very heartbreaking for me. When work was there they called me and done their work once it is done they didn't even call me. Requesting everyone not to join this company your life will be ruined.Search and wait for the better opertunity.
