Worked for more than 1.5 years. Not a place for experience candidate. If you are a fresher plenty to learn. No work life balance. Management is hell.Manager troubles every employee in every manner that to in very unprofessional way. Managers won't communicate with each other. Expect employees to take responsibility of things which have never been communicated to him. No annual events. No birthday celebrations. Being a HR firm not adher to HR policies.
