Good part is to have a pool of good friends in Selco Foundation. All the decisions are centralized. Only 5 people takes all the decisions. Role is more on operations.

If you are a nuclear family, it is very hard to maintain work life balance. U have to be at office sharp at 9:30 am till 6:00pm that too for 6 days a week. If you have anything to do personally it's very hard. One will get exhausted repeting the same.
