As I heard about earlier employees, they are not good, they always think negative for the organization and cheated, as the result they are jobless till the date. I have only 1 concern if employee blaming to ANY organization than why they spent so many years in 1 organization Seimitsu work culture is very good. If happen any issue, employee have full rights to talk with their seniors or management. Will support you accordingly. wonderful environment specially for ladies, very much secured. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
