Toxic work culture Bad Management Guilty Politics in office The work culture was incredibly toxic, with constant micromanagement and a lack of respect for employees' well-being. Communication was poor, and there was little to no support or recognition for hard work. Instead of fostering a healthy and collaborative environment, the manager created unnecessary stress and made the workplace unbearable.
