As a fresher SEG Automotive is a good place to start a career. Although the company has split from Bosch Ltd it still holds on to the virtues and culture of Bosch. As graduate apprentice rotations are given so that we get exposure in different departments. Overall you get to learn about how the automotive industry works.

Dislikes

One major issue as working as a GA in SEG automotive is that you aren't provided with interesting projects. Most of the tasks given will be clerickal work which doesn't help in learning. To develop skills and learn things one has to take up his own initiative. Another issue is that the work in some manufacturing lines are hectic andstandard work hours don't apply there. Furthermore everything happens in escalation mode. It is difficult to convince people from other departments to support you in your work....Read More
