1. Management doesn't believe their employees. 2. Always track their employees with tracking device, even in sales, operations. 3. Salary in 10th of every month. 4. They claim they are corporate, but actually have Lala culture. 5. Sales people are reporting to operations people. 6. If you are literate person then don't join. 7. In sales department there is no hirerchy of positions, it's just designation. Sales executive is doing same thing (door to door selling) as the VP Sales of the company. Group GMD is very dynamic personality but he focus more on politics rather company. If u don't have any expectations from your life, pls join this company.

Chairman & GMD is busy in in Indian politics and the entire management are busy in organization politics. Worst place to work. HR team does the fortnightly sales review. They are only high in terms of carder but very cheap in terms of managing things, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
