The company is a product based in Custody domain. The fresher has a somewhat better opportunity. The product's framework is best as per the industry standards and will help the fresher to learn it. The downside is that the fresher will not get a chance to work on the framework part as it is already set and has to work on copy-pasting the new work. Sometime may get the change to learn and fix any bug in it....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
