Sad to say but one of the poor company I have worked for. I have wasted more than a year working with sears. There are very less development project available, they hire people for maintainance projects only. I have seen 3 layoff cycles in span of a single year. I haven't spent a single day without thinking about the job security. Senior management will torture you mentally with their politics....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
