I have been working at Sears for more than 8 years and has seen it all through. it is one of the best companies to work with which is currently going thru a rough phase. I still have hope that it will come out of this turbulent period soon.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Particularly nothing. its just that its going thru a rough phase and had to do some layoffs which were unavoidable. I wish it all the luck and hope it will come out of it soon.

Work Details

I work in Sears as a Delivery manager and Manage a small portfolio of 4 - 5 projects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
