No Career Growth. No Add On Knowledge to gain. No Clarity on Job Profile/KRA. The process keep on changing. They themselves do not follow their own processes properly which they have designed. Moreover the profile is all about Data Entry type.

Bad exp with SeamEx. Company is very partial, over-judgemental. Do not have upgraded versions of Softwares which are not at all User Friendly. They themselves do not follow any processes & expect a zero error efficiency from employees.SOP keep on changing

Full of politics and back bitching. Unstable management. Lack of growth or opportunities, only a selected set of employees get those everytime. Process updates almost every week, its been almost now 4 years still the process is unstable. If you raise your voice then definately they will make sure that you will be no more part of thecompany. Very Poor compensation and benefits. Only they are asking the employees to work more however no compensation for that. You will see only few employees working and other enjoying due to the politics of the lead and upper managers.
