Gives you an in-depth knowledge on how to launch a new brand in the market. the management is more of a leader than a Boss. Always open for suggestions no matter which position is one working in. Overall a fabulous place to work in.

Change is the only permanent thing in this world. However, too much change in the strategies in a very short period is a challenge. the company should stick to one strategy for at least a specific period of time. But, The team learns a lot from setbacks and moves ahead.
