This company doesn't even provide transport to their employees. They tend to change their policy at any moment without taking any employee survey or feedback. Seems like cost cutting is everything for this company. They provide you onshore for very short term but ask you to pay for hotels and then reimburse.

I would never suggest Seagate to anyone. High corruption in contract workers. Contractors are doing double jobs and internal employees gets pressurized to finish contractors work. When highlighting. Managers takings cuts from those "moonlighters".

Best place to work for Moonlighters. Moonlights don't need to work, just give some % cut and enjoy the rest of life.

Flexibility of work timings/days. No work at Seagate, just enjoy a happy life if you are good with your manager. You can get stocks, bonuses, out-of-cycle promotions, and everything else. People get to admire, those who are good at talking.

Dislikes

If you are working hard, be careful you will get fired. No clear directives from management. Obsolete technologies have no value in the job market. Those who join last will get fired first - Be careful in that aspect too. Sense of insecurity all the time.
