The main issue is that management depends much on some favourite peoples, they are in an illusion that the employees which they are trusting much will never leave them. Management mainly works on favourism which is a very bad thing and promotion and appraisals are only for the favourites, they don't focus on each individuals effort.If you are getting a good pay and want to have for sometime(1-2 yrs) than it's a good(work-life balance) option because after a period you will feel like stuck somewhere in terms of learning & pay as well....Read More
