Good People environment for staffing.

It is not good process for Hr team side mostly Full and final payment process is very bad process and paying for leave clearance and highly Deduction and lot of time means three month for F&F process completed and not supporting head office Hr team.very bad experience for in hr team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Salary not come on time. In time fixed ( 09:00 am) but out time not fixed. Per day mostly 12 to 14 hours work culture is there. No any transportation facilities if you work more than 9 hours in a day. Canteen food can’t be eatable. If you left job then HR team not clear your F&F after 90 days.
