Probably nothing…This is one of the worst company with favouritism and partiality.

Dislikes

Many things 1) working culture , no professional enviroment. 2) partiality and favouritism between hindu and muslims. 3) no job security any time they will remove you. 4) bad bugs insects in office premises, on desk. 5) probably no professionalism no corporate life. Nothing you can learn here

Dislikes

Management is not good at all they only support Muslims, as company owner is Muslims. HR is worst/Terrible, If you are joining on basis that you are getting good hike i suggest not to join at all, you are choosing hell for you.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
