I have been working in SDM process Solutions from last 7 years as Quality Analyst. So far my experience working in this company is amazing. I have learned lot in this company and I would say this is one of the best company for working. I have spent 7 years and now I feel this company as my family.

No Job security, they can fire you instantly without prior notice. You come from your home and doing your regular office work, and suddenly they took meeting and told you that you are fired and leave this place right now. And this is not a single time incident, they follow this most of the time. Management is bad. No promotions because they have only one post upper than indexer which is QC. Environment and atmosphere of the company is positive. Management is good and understand employees situation and assist them. Agents are also good in behavior and competent. You can see people are working in the organization from last 7-8 years and still with the company in every department. Positive vibes.
