Management has brought in a salary cut of 30%-50% depending on the designation despite the fact that the order booking has been more than 90%. Let me put forth some points (in the most polite way possible): 1. Management consists of people of one family and nobody can lift a finger without their permission (democracy at its best!!!). 2. Interdepartmental conflict is high (which means you will have to do more follow ups internally than with any customer). 3. There is a culture of "talkers" not the "doers". People go above and beyond to tell others to do their job and the highlight of the matter is that this culture is appreciated here. 4. Micromanagement (if you are not aware of what this means please look it up). 5. Salary structure is way below the Market norms (It's salary and not scholarship as people do actual work and not some capstone project). 6. HR is the worst department (watch out!!! they are out there to do any deduction in salary for the most pathetic reasons. 7. Highly exploitative Management (won't blink an eye before deriding you or firing you irrespective of years of service; won't care about the personal safety if payment is at stake; won't care how much you earned them you won't be paid more than Rs. 200/- for boarding in a day; list goes on but I can't mention them all because of word limit) 8. Virtual Amnesia (the policies/ strategies are still decided keeping 1988, the foundation year, in mind when they had almost the monopoly in certain product segments. Maybe they didn't get the Memo that India has been an open economy since 1991 and 'Monopoly" is thing of the past!!!) They dont even recognise the employees whether we are working or not. Already terminated many employees.They havent paid even basic salaries in the time of lockdown and also reduced the package by 36%. Worst company ever worked
