I worked in various FMCG companies in UAE as well as in INDIA however I found that Scion International one of the best organization to work with. The management treats everyone like a slave. SUNIT SHETH, the owners son tries his hands in every department and is disrespectful to everyone. One can not even have a coffee in the cafteria if he is around.

Likes

I worked in Scion International for 18 months(Chennai plant). The work culture was good. People were friendly and extremely professional. The HR people were very good and always looked after the employees.

Dislikes

Nothing much to be honest. I would have loved to work there for longer period of time if the company was in Kolkata.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
