We are sorry to hear your views, but feel that they are an unfair reflection of our organisation. In any organisation, there are times when re-structures are needed. It is also at times a unfortunate reality of business, that terminations of low-performing employees are required at times. These are tough, but neccesary business decisions that are only taken after a huge amount of analysis and in-depth reviews and discussions. We always try to deal with such situations with compassion and fairness. We also always follow our contracted notice period and ensure that we try and give employees as much help in the process as possible. In your case, we are 100% sure that we have fully followed all our contractual obligations and have offered the payment of the full notice period as per your contract. If you do not believe that we have, please do send an email to our HR department and we will be happy to answer any questions you have. Our Kheda operation was set up as a huge, fully vertically integrated unit that we invested a large sum of money into. The unit has been custom built to our business requirements and produces a huge range of personal care, colour cosmetics and perfume products. In fact, it is one of the most vertically integrated plants in India. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience with us. We have always tried to empower employees, by building a flat organisation structure that allows employees to take real ownership of driving their area of specialisation. In terms of job security, as hopefully you can understand the last 2 years with Covid were a challenge for all organisations and we did unfortunately have to make changes to deal with the situation. That being said, we have many people who have been with the company for 20+ years and try to provide strong job security for those who perform.
