Likes

The best part is the school provides accommodation if required to the staff and the staff member is required to pay only the electricity bill, rest is free. The teacher has the freedom to use the methods he or she wants to apply in the class. The school organizes grand celebrations for important days such as Founder's Day etc.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is not up to the mark. The teachers can say good bye to their Sundays or free time in the evening as there are several additional duties such as prep duty etc and more during the months leading up to Founder's day since it is a residential school for girls. So, it is a lot of work but the pay and perks are not bad at all.

The best part of Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya it has good work environment .Teammates have been very humble and motivating. Leadership team and management been very supportive. Have been very fortunate to be part of Scindia culture.
