Absolutely Nothing. The reason why I left the job

My experience at this company was far from positive, largely due to the toxic work environment fostered by management. The senior leadership often exhibited a revengeful nature, creating a culture of fear rather than support. The responsibilities assigned to me did not align with the job role I was promised during the hiring process, leading to confusion and frustration. Furthermore, I was alarmed by the lack of proper fumigation in the lab; the senior management seemed to conflate fumigation with basic pest control, compromising safety. The targets set for projects were unrealistically demanding, often requiring completion in just two hours, which was simply unfeasible. Additionally, the absence of separate sick leave policies was troubling. If an employee fell ill and took leave, they could expect to be sidelined for 15 days, with projects reassigned without any notification. My attempts to communicate with management were often met with silence, as my boss would only respond once his ego was appeased. There was also a stark lack of meetings and discussions regarding projects, which further impeded progress. Most concerning was the directive to use expired raw materials for trials, jeopardizing not only employee safety but also the integrity of the work being done.
