work environment was good but no appraisal in 1.4 year career . also no security of job , but one thing was good in ilfs you can learn many thing here from technical to non techincal and even politics also..

no appraisal, no job security, claim process is too slow even it goes upto 5-6 month to process your own claim.

I was working as PC ( PROJECT CO ORDINATOR) CUM IT AND SOFT SKILLS TRAINER. APART FROM THESE I WAS ALSO INVOLVED IN CCE ( CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE) TRAINER, MIS CO-ORDINATOR, EXTRA CURRICULUM ACTIVITY. SOME TIME MOBILISATION.
