Director does following things to the employees : Humiliation Disrespect Threatening to kill if resign Salary deduction Putting unnecessary allegations and sending notices when employee lefts Giving bribe to govt officials for harrassing employees No students care Takes all study materials from other institute Worst place for employees and students

Owners treat employees as if they have bought them. Insults the employees in front of other employees, students, staff etc. Owners do not have sense which and how much work to be allotted to an employee, just keep on giving useless tasks to employees and when employee can't perform due to time they humiliate them. Terminate employees immediately, do not give salary, always threaten to deduct salary and their local power. I would suggest not to come this place even if you do not have anything. 1. MD bully and threaten employees and parents. 2. MD disrespect and humiliates employees in front of students & parents. 3. MD is criminal minded, harassed employees in his cabin. 4. By his money and contact he uses local administration to save him from several legal complaints. 5. Never give salary on time. 6. Changes HR policy every months. 7. MD uses employees for few months and later force employees to resign or terminate according to MD need and mental balance. 8. Never give salary to the employees who resign and left organisation. 9. MD always puts false allegations on employees to shut the voice of employees by giving false legal notice. 10.
