Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

Company is an awesome workplace with even awesome aids. Cheap investments on company shares with doubled returns. Free health insurance for self and spouse, affordable insurance for parents and in-laws. Shift allowance is offered for any non general shifts. Free Snacks and hot beverages. Most importantly, work life balance couldn't be better here.

Poor interpersonal skills possessed by Managers. The only reason employee think of leaving an organisation is the Manager or Carrer Growth.
