very good work environment & so much nice place to learn ,skill development.
in one line i can say that, Schneider is focus with his employee good work life..
i want to say thanks for that person , who makes work policy of company.
a healthy , safe environment.. take care of employee heath.
Till time I never got a 20 minute healthybreakfast in any company like Schneider.
one more thing , you will see doing kaizen is real way by management .
and one more thing, there was ,you no need to do extra work, at shift end, all are free, if any work pending then you will get overtime, and doing overtime its depends on you not company .
