If you are not the worst performer, your job is secure. Teammates are supportive. Workplace offers multiple refreshments. You get to automate few unknown applications as well.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Company is not keeping up to it's 'brand name'. Management is NOT transparent. Lack of coordination between teams. Work life balance is a mess.
