Job Description
- Responsibilities:Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like Blue Prism or UiPath
- Develop and maintain workflows based on client needs
- Enhance, support and improve adoption of existing RPA solutions for better performance
- Improve code quality and suggest more efficient technical solutions
- Help the team troubleshoot complex issues
- Keep clear documentation of processes and solutions
- Stay updated on the latest trends in RPA technology
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams
- Required skills:Extensive experience in process automation using the Blue Prism platform; knowledge of UiPath is a plus
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as SQL, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- A minimum of 2 years of development experience
- Awareness of current trends and developments in the RPA field
- Proven experience working in a multinational company
- Strong communication skills for discussing technical questions and project progress with clients
- Ability to work independently, including task structuring, workload estimation, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
