Better to work in small scale industry or TEA SHOPS at road side than joining Schneider and to spoil their career later.

Insecure jobs, don't know when they kick out. HR if they dis like you, they create your resignation with the help of IT Support back end team and will FIRE YOU and your family and dependents will come to street. Better work in footpath tea stalls,

Company has good values and ethics

Dislikes

HR is very biased. Removed from job by initiating my resignation on their own with the help of IT Backend team. Suffering now a lot even after ONE Year. Not able to make suicide also. Better join some small scale industries, then joining SCHNEIDER. Don't spoil your career with SCHNEIDER

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
