Good at all 👍🏻and i have got an opportunity to work in two factory, data center cooling product manufacturing department in IDF2 and pcb soldering department in EEC ,No struggle in my work, working teammates are friendly

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
