I had joined L&T Electrical & Automation in 2015 and then this company got acquired by Schneider Electric in Sep 2020. Everything is changed since then. Coming from L&T, Schneider is feels like gold. Everything it touches, turns into Gold. Few good points: 1) Excellent policies. 1) Your appraisal is in your manager's hand. If your equations with them are not good then you are stuck. 2) Schneider leaves everything in your manager's hand. Be it appraisal, policy approval, etc. So your manager has to be very smart.
