1) Your appraisal is in your manager's hand. If your equations with them are not good then you are stuck. 2) Schneider leaves everything in your manager's hand. Be it appraisal, policy approval, etc. So your manager has to be very smart.

If you ask me schneider company is not giving permanent employment to anyone ,here 80 to 90% employees are on the contract basis ,company uses employees and after completion of contract remove them from their positions .They take contract person on very less salary and not providing pf and esi .
