It's hybrid job but WFH is with in the city. Politics, harrasment Work pressure Policy say something else and management will create its own unwanted policies Discrimination based on gender, religion,states If a woman comes from maternity then they will ask to WFO

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
