Good company…But the Schneider IT Pvt Ltd is worst specially if you are Vision India 3rd party payroll. They will fire you anytime if the Boss of onroll doesn’t like you for any reason. They will give you some reasons which you can’t process to be true. So be aware!!!

Dislikes

I don’t like the leadership of the company. They are insensitive. No transparency in work and no such good motivation for work. They will make you feel the survival in the company not the softness environment.
